UGC NET 2023 Results: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will shortly release the results of the December 2023 UGC NET exam. The results were originally supposed to be revealed yesterday. According to NTA, the UGC-NET December 2023 results were not released on January 17th for technical reasons.
Candidates can check their UGC NET 2023 December test results on the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in, after the results are released. Exams for UGC NET December 2023 were held for 9,45,918 candidates in 292 cities nationwide in 83 subjects from December 6–19.
The provisional answer key for the UGC NET December 2023 was released earlier on January 3rd, and the deadline for raising objections was January 5th.
To view the UGC NET December 2023 results, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Go to ntaresults.nic.in or ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
- Step 2: Go to the homepage and click the “UGC NET 2023 December results” link that has been activated.
- Step 3: Enter your date of birth and application number to log in.
- Step 4: Select “Submit.”
- Step 5: The results of your UGC NET 2023 December will show up on the screen.
- Step 6: Save the outcomes for later reference.
The results of the December test were originally supposed to be released on January 10. However, a re-examination was done in the candidates’ best interest because of Cyclone Michaung in Chennai and Andhra Pradesh; hence, the results date was changed.
The purpose of the UGC-NET exam is to assess an Indian national’s eligibility for positions as “Assistant Professor” and “Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor” at Indian colleges and universities.
In the meantime, the first JEE Main 2024 session is set to begin next week, specifically on January 24 and February 1. “Three days prior to the actual date of the examination,” the admit card will be distributed. The CBSE Class 12 exams are also set to start on February 15 and end on April 2, following the conclusion of the JEE Main exams.
