Wednesday, the 22nd anniversary of the Parliament attack, there was a serious security breach in the Lok Sabha when two attackers sprang from the visitors’ gallery and began racing around the House. The Lok Sabha’s proceedings were halted, and MPs began to leave the chamber.

When the intruder—who was wearing a blue jacket—was seen wandering around the Lok Sabha, there was a ruckus. After apprehending the individual, the MPs and the guards began questioning him. Members of Parliament stated that the intruder(s) were spraying some sort of gas as they exited the Lok Sabha.

When the intruder was seen inside the Lok Sabha, West Bengal BJP MP Khagen Murmu was speaking. The parliament was postponed until 2:00 PM.The two individuals, who were reportedly around 20 years old, were holding canisters that were spewing yellow smoke, according to Congress MP Karti Chidambaram. “One person sprint in the direction of the Speaker’s chair.

How could they get in with smoke-belching instruments?”.”According to Trinamool leader Sudip Bandyopadhyay.

Two young males leaped from the gallery and threw something that was producing gas. Security guards hauled them out after MPs caught them. The House adjourned till 2:00 PM. Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, a leader of the Congress Lok Sabha, stated,

“This is definitely a security breach because today we observed the death anniversary of people who sacrificed their lives in 2001 (the Parliament attack).”
